Production of spiral springs

We design and manufacture spiral helical springs in round wire, and shaped products in metal wire with a wire diameter starting from 0,10 mm.
We mainly use the materials according to UNI EN 10270-1 and EN 10270-3 but also special materials with special mechanical properties and high performance alloys.
The coils of the spiral springs are wound and calibrated with ends free of burr. We can carry out special heat treatments for stabilization and surface treatments according to the customer’s request.

Technical Specs

The spirals belong to the family of compression springs, but are not employed with the same purpose. They are used as feed system by rotation. The shaped products in metal wire are produced according to the customer’s design: the wire, so bent, performs the function required in various industries.
